You know the framework. Let's work on what happens in the conversation.
You can often hear it when you replay the call.
The answer you moved past. The consequence you assumed. The next step you accepted without knowing what it would change.
Personal coaching gives you a place to work on those moments: make an attempt, get specific feedback, practise another response and review what happens when you use it.
Start with a Deal Practice Review.
Apply for a Deal Practice ReviewA no-cost, 30-minute conversation for suitable applicants. Paid coaching may be discussed.

Bring one recurring situation.
Perhaps discovery stays on the surface. Perhaps your champion is interested but the decision remains unclear. Or you can explain the method on paper, yet struggle to use it when the buyer changes direction.
We'll look at a specific example and the support you've already tried. Then we'll identify one behaviour worth working on and a first practice step.
You'll leave with a clear focus you can use. If the situation would benefit from personal coaching, we'll explain how the engagement could support it and what it costs.
The work starts with your attempt.
In coaching, we work from what you said, wrote or prepared.
We separate the buyer's evidence from your interpretation. We identify the important missed moment. Then you make another attempt in your own words and choose an appropriate way to apply it.
Over the engagement, those attempts become a record you can compare: what you noticed, what you changed and what still needs work.
This is a useful starting point if…
- You're actively selling and can bring a concrete situation to work on.
- You've noticed a recurring difficulty and want feedback on your execution.
- You can make time to practise and apply what you learn.
- You're open to discussing paid support if the problem and approach fit.
You don't need to buy the digital course first. If your manager, a colleague or self-directed practice already gives you the support you need, that matters in the fit decision.
What happens next?
- Tell us about your role, the recurring situation and what you've tried.
- We'll review your application and either invite you to book or ask a clarifying question.
- On the call, we'll agree a useful focus, outline your first practice step and discuss coaching if relevant.
Questions before you apply
Is this a sales call? It is a working conversation about your situation and whether coaching fits. You'll get the bounded review described above. If coaching is relevant, we'll explain the scope and investment so you can decide.
Do I need a recording? No. An anonymized example or a description of the moment can be enough to start. Only share material you're authorized to share. We will be clear about what we can assess from the information available.
Can this work alongside my company's methodology? The review starts with your context and existing support. Three-Layer Playback helps examine the evidence behind your judgments; the call will establish whether that is the gap you need help with.
Will coaching close the deal for me? Coaching works on your preparation, questions and judgment. Buyers still control their priorities and decisions. We agree the work the engagement can responsibly deliver before you commit.
