Terms of Sale and Use

These terms apply when you buy or use products through this website from BowTiedDingo LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company that sells under the BowTiedDingo and BTD Consulting names ("we", "us"). By completing a purchase, you agree to them. If you have a question about anything here, email btdingo@gmail.com.

1. What you're buying

Our products are digital and delivered as downloadable files: guides (PDF), AI skill files, templates, and related materials. They include Dominating SaaS with AI, the Industry Pack, the Autopilot Pack, Discovery Architect, and the Team License. What each one includes is described on its page and at checkout.

Prices are in US dollars and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. You'll get access to your files right after payment, on screen and by email.

2. Payment plans

If you choose a payment plan, you authorize the remaining payments on the schedule shown before you pay. You get the full product right away, and you remain responsible for the remaining payments. If a payment fails, we'll let you know by email so you can update your card.

3. Your license

Individual purchases. You get a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own work. You can install the skills in your personal or company AI tools for your own use, and edit and adapt the skills, profiles, and templates for your own use.

Team License. Up to five named people at one company (the "licensed users") can use the materials for their own work, recorded in the included seat roster. If you install the skills in a shared company workspace, make them available only to licensed users. You can reassign a seat when someone leaves or changes roles. Each additional group of up to five people needs another Team License.

What you can't do. Share the materials with anyone who isn't licensed; resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute them; or use them to create a competing course or product. Keep the copyright notices in place.

4. What you own

We keep all rights in the course, skills, templates, and materials. You own what you create with them: your seller profile, account theses, buyer documents, messages, and other outputs.

5. Using AI tools

The skills run inside AI tools you choose, such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or Grok. We don't operate or control those tools, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. Follow your company's policies on AI and customer information. If your company has an approved AI tool, use it for anything that includes customer information.

6. No guarantee of results

The products are educational. The skills produce drafts, and you're responsible for reviewing everything before you use it or send it to anyone. Results depend on your deals, your market, and how you use the material. We don't promise any specific sales results or income. Examples in the materials, including the named companies in the worked examples, are illustrations unless we say otherwise.

7. Refunds

Every product comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. The details are in our Refund Policy.

8. Updates

We may improve or update the materials over time. The files you've downloaded are yours to keep.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost deals, revenue, or data, and our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be excluded.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. This doesn't take away any protections you have under the consumer laws of the place you live.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one on this page when you bought.
