How to request it.
Email btdingo@gmail.com from your purchase email address and include your order reference if available. We will help identify the order and return the refunded payment to the original payment method. Bank processing time varies.
Starter, Complete and the five-seat Starter DIY license are digital products covered by this promise. No sales result, completed workbook or explanation is required.
A later Complete upgrade has its own fourteen-day refund window for the upgrade payment. Refunding an upgrade returns access to Starter if the Starter purchase is retained. A refund of the full bundle ends the associated product license. Contact support if you want help with an order containing more than one payment.
Individual coaching and B2B training use separately agreed written service terms. This digital policy does not set their cancellation, rescheduling or refund terms.
