Refund Policy

What it covers

Every product we sell: Dominating SaaS with AI, the Industry Pack, the Autopilot Pack, Discovery Architect (paid in full or on a payment plan), and the Team License. Each one has its own 14 days, counted from the day you bought it, so you can refund one without refunding the others.

How to ask

1. Email btdingo@gmail.com within 14 days of your purchase.
2. Send it from the email you used at checkout, or include that email, and tell us which product.
3. That's it. You don't need to justify it, though we'd welcome a line on what didn't work for you.

We refund to your original payment method through Stripe. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Payment plans

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment, we refund what you've paid and cancel the remaining payments.

After 14 days

After 14 days, purchases aren't refundable, except where the law requires it. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under consumer protection laws that apply to you.
