Give your team a standard managers can reinforce on the next deal.
Your reps may know the framework. The useful question is what happens when they apply it.
Can they show what the buyer actually established? Can they test an assumed consequence? Can a manager look at the same work and give feedback that improves the next attempt?
Dominating SaaS team training brings that work into facilitated practice and manager review.
Start with a Team Execution Review.
Apply for a Team Execution ReviewA no-cost, 40-minute conversation for suitable applicants. Paid training may be discussed.

Start with the behaviour you need to change.
A team can need better discovery for different reasons. One rep moves past useful answers. Another assumes a business consequence. A third has a supportive contact but little evidence of how the decision will happen.
Before recommending training, we'll look at the recurring pattern, how your managers currently assess it and what you've already tried.
The call will give you a proposed priority behaviour, the evidence you would need to assess it and a first manager reinforcement step.
A shared method. Practice your managers can use.
The training process starts with a sample of current work and an agreed standard.
Reps practise Three-Layer Playback using clear examples, make their own attempts and examine the reasoning behind the feedback. Managers calibrate how they assess that work and agree how to reinforce it in their regular reviews.
The handover gives the team a continuing routine: what to look for, which question to ask and what to review next time.
What we scope with you
- The selling context and the behaviour worth improving.
- Who should participate and which managers will reinforce the work.
- Suitable examples and information-sharing boundaries.
- The practice, review and facilitation needed.
- The schedule, deliverables and evidence used to assess progress.
Attendance is easy to count. The more useful review is whether people apply the agreed standard and what still needs work. Revenue and other commercial outcomes can be tracked separately, with their other influences kept visible.
Who should apply?
A sales leader, enablement owner or manager who can describe a recurring execution issue and involve the people responsible for changing it.
If you want materials for your team to use independently, the five-seat Starter DIY license is available separately. Facilitated training is for teams that need shared practice, feedback and manager reinforcement.
Questions before you apply
We already have a methodology. Does this replace it? The first conversation establishes what you use and where execution is breaking down. The work needs to fit a real gap in your process.
Will this be tailored to our sale? We scope the buyer context, examples and constraints before proposing the engagement. Additional customization or a broader rollout must be explicitly agreed.
Who should attend the review? The person responsible for the execution problem. Involve the manager or sponsor who can confirm priorities, participation and the buying process where possible.
What results do you guarantee? The proposal specifies the work and deliverables. A revenue uplift is not promised. We agree observable success criteria, examine the work and report the limits of what the evidence supports.
